Fog slowly dispersing then sunny spells.

A foggy start and chilly too but I expect it to clear during the morning as it did Saturday and many places could have sunny spells PM. The temperature will rise to a respectable 16C.The wind light and variable bercoming light west to south-west. Overnight not quite as chilly as a band of cloud will move south-east as a very weak frontal system crosses us. Min of 6C to 7C. High pressure will prevail next week but less likely for fog to form as the wind increases a little. Could be very chilly next Weekend. 

 Weather eye has now been going for 20 years. Issue 1 came out in 1998. I have now virtually finished issue 39 and it will not be long for the final corrections and then printed.

Frosted Earth has now moved to Storrington in Sussex which is why the site had not been updated so frequently but should be better now. It was a very hectic time for us. Weather eye issue 39 has been delayed but I am now working on it and it is now virtually complete. The Weather station in Coulsdon has shut down after 39 years of recording but Chipstead Valley will continue. A new station has now been set up at Storrigton in West Sussex.
